What We Need
Send us the following details and we'll add your event to the map:
- Event Name — What's your event called?
- Date & Time — When does it start?
- Start Location — Where do riders meet? (address or coordinates)
- Description — Brief overview of the event, what to expect
- Contact Details — Name, email or phone for enquiries
- Difficulty (optional) — Easy / Moderate / Challenging / Expert
- Distance (optional) — Approximate km
- Website / Facebook Link (optional) — For more info or registration
- Images (optional) — Event poster, photos from previous years
📍 How it works: Once approved, your event will appear as a pin on the map and in the "Upcoming Events" section.
Events automatically expire after their date has passed.
